Agent Aqua stores your plots, zones, watering history, and account details. If you decide to leave, you can delete your account permanently. This is irreversible.
Deleting your account
Open Profile and scroll to the bottom. You'll see Delete account. Tap or click it. Agent Aqua will ask you to confirm — this is your last chance to change your mind.
Once you confirm, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted:
- All plots and zones.
- All watering history and timeline data.
- All chat history with Aqua.
- Your account settings, email, and passkeys.
You cannot undo this deletion. If you want to use Agent Aqua again later, you'd need to create a new account and set up your plots from scratch.
Before you delete
If you're leaving because of an issue, consider reaching out first. You can contact support via the contact page (linked at /contact) to report a problem or ask a question.
If you just want a break, you don't need to delete your account. You can pause individual plots by setting them to an inactive state via Configure, or you can simply stop using the app. Your account will stay there if you ever want to come back.
Data privacy
Agent Aqua collects data about your garden — location, plants, watering patterns, and weather readings — to give you better advice. This data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties for marketing or profiling.
For full details on how your data is used and protected, see the privacy policy at /privacy.
Contact and support
If you have questions about your account, data, or privacy, visit the contact page at /contact. You can also reach out if you're considering deleting your account and want to discuss what's not working for you.
If you decide to delete and later want to use Agent Aqua again, you can always sign up as a new user.
